I came across Di whilst searching realestate.com.au. I had been liaising the sale of my mums villa in a lifestyles village in Silkstone as we’d had it on the market over a month with another agent but the lack of communication and direction my mum had previously received left me looking for someone else. I reached out to Di using the details found online and she called me almost immediately. My initial feeling was she was on the ball and I got more out of that conversation than we’d received in total with the previous agent. I arranged a meeting with my family in Ipswich and I was on FaceTime, guided and communicated with what our options were, the price and her standards. With no pressure to take Di on as a family we all agreed she was our lady for the job. The villa being a manufactured home was a niche market and certainly full of park roadblocks along the way which were out of Di’s control but not once did she give up, lose control and definitely never lost sight of the main goal, the property sold. Throughout the entire process Di’s communication was of a very high standard. We were never left guessing as to where we were up too, she communicated the inspections that had taken place, potential buyers feedback and orchestrated the sale to perfection. The difference Di made in our selling journey was one that was simple, effective and stress free. I highly recommend Di to anyone wanting to sell their property in the Ipswich and surrounding areas, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great start to our campaign getting a contract after the first open home, the offer was exceptional. The contract was withdrawn due to buyers issues and was unforeseen. Kirsty was amazing and kept persisting lots of ups annd downs, Kirsty was positive and steady through the next weeks and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.
