Professional and very approachable
Diann was very knowledgeable about the sales process and was able to manage expectations for all parties. The sale of my property was handled professionally and she took the time to listen to the needs of potential buyers and take into account their situations when presenting my property for viewings. I had a tenant in the property at the time who might have experienced some stress when hearing that property was being listed for sale. Diann was delicate with the tenant when communicating the news of the sale. Diann was able to work with the needs of the tenant and negotiated viewing times with minimal hassle. I would recommend her to other sellers without a doubt.

Excellent communication and extremely helpful

Kirsty and the team at Crowne Real Estate handled the sale of my investment property with absolute professionalism — despite the nightmare that was my neighbour. This individual was, without exaggeration, a constant and exhausting source of drama, and seemingly committed to making life as difficult as possible for anyone nearby. Throughout all of this, the team at Crowne remained composed, responsive, and remarkably effective. Their communication was outstanding, and they managed multiple interested buyers with ease, ultimately achieving a sale price well above my expectations. Even during the rental period, their property management was exceptional. They successfully navigated both a challenging tenant and the neighbour from hell — no small feat — all while maintaining an incredibly high standard of customer service. I honestly don’t know how they managed it, but their resilience, professionalism, and commitment to results never wavered. Highly recommend them, especially if your situation is far from straightforward.
