A couple of years ago Mike and Kirsty had helped me sell my first home, with an amazing result. So I convinced my husband to meet with them to sell our current home. He loved them immediately. We got ready for our first open house. Kirsty arrived made us feel at ease and we went out and left it in her capable hands. When we headed back to the house 45min later neighbours were coming out to tell us that the turn out was amazing, cars and people everywhere. From our initial conversation with Kirsty and Mike about selling our home we felt so comfortable. From delivering dinner to us to making sure our pets were secure during our open home, Kirsty and Mike really do go above and beyond. After settling on an amount that we wanted for our home, it took 3 days and 1 open home to receive a contract at a great price. With some involved negotiations needed at one point, Kirsty was able to pave a great resolution for both us as the sellers as well as our buyers. Kirsty is open and honest and her staff and procedures in place throughout the sale process were impeccable. I would highly recommended Kirsty, Mike and the whole Crowne team. This is our second time using them (first as a buyer, now as a seller) and we look forward to the third!
