We were very happy with our outcome of sale and especially the purchase of our house but, communication is very poor within the realty office and more frequent updates would have been better.

After attending endless open houses and leaving feeling underwhelmed with either the property or the agent we were ready to give up for a while. Then.... we found our perfect property and what I would say the perfect agents. Professional, knowledgeable and importantly honest, also the ability to listen to what we were looking for .

We moved from another agent to Crown Realty due to the poor performance and lack of communication. Kirsty and the team didn't let us know and it was a excellency move! Timely communication and follow up throughout the sales had reduced our stress. Will recommend to our family and friends! Thank you Kitty and the team again!

Kirsty was professional, friendly and efficient throughout the marketing and sale of our property. Highly recommended.

Made selling easy. On the market 1 week and sold first open house when other houses in the area had been on the market for weeks and are still on the market. Great advertising and exposure got us more money than we anticipated. Thanks so much Kirsty and Mike

From the first meeting, Kirsty and Mike understood our reasons for selling, they recognised the value of our home and worked tirelessly to achieve a great result. Actually, there was little stress in what is usually a stressful process because Kirsty and Mike approached the task with a sense of humour, honest feedback, professionalism and integrity. In fact, we hope that they will be our greatest asset in securing our new home and we could not recommend Crowne Real Estate Ipswich highly enough because there are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how far above and beyond they went for us.

Great agent that really helped out when purchasing remotely. Would thoroughly recommend them if you are considering buying in the area.

Great communication between us at all times, did a great job in getting my house sold as we needed to be sold as quick as possible, I would highly recommend them. Thankyou for all your hard work.
