We purchased a house through Mike at Crowne real estate. Highly recommended, very knowledgeable about the market and very accommodating. Nothing was too hard for Mike and the communication was excellent. Transition from signing of the contract all the way to settlement was seamless and so easy. Thank you

You are to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. The process is not like walking into the shop to choose a few groceries and you are out. The stress you go through and the legal jargon you need to understand and the implications. If you do not find the right agent like Mike and Kirtsy together with their professional office staff, you would not want to buy a property again. This team walked with me through this process, and acting professionally. I have been buying properties for a while now, and to find such professionalism is a bit rare at times. People need to understand that buying and selling should be a Win-Win situation and not a game of disadvantaging each other with cheating or none disclosure of information. Thank you Mike and your team for being so helpful and making this purchase a worthwhile exercise. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to get in touch with you if they want to buy property. I am happy with my experience in dealing with you to buy Bowerbird street property. Great team !

Mike and Kirsty provided us with an open and honest service and worked in a manner that was very courteous and respectful. Trust is the main issue when working with this team. At the end of our business relationship I can honestly say I trust them to have worked for us with our best interest in mind. I look forward to doing business with them again. Darryn.

I bought off Kirsty and Mike and would defiantly consider selling with them. Kirsty's attention to fine detail leaves me with the confidence that the job will be done right. Pleasure to deal with and nothing is to big or small. Always returned my calls and were contactable anytime of the day. Both extremely approachable and easy to talk to.

Crowne Real Estate went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and comfortable when veiwing a property and also very welcoming on the phone. They had the answer to all our questions and had great knowledge of the area and what it has to offer. Kirsty made us feel more that important when we were viewing properties. I would most definitely call Kirsty again when looking for another property if I was to purchase another property in this area. Thank you so much for all you did for me and my family. ♡

It is still sinking in that our first home has SOLD. We would like to thank Mike, Kirsty and the Crowne team at Ipswich. The whole selling process from start to finish was smooth sailing. Can not thank Mike & Kirsty enough for you perseverance, support and generosity, you not only care about your clients, but their loved ones as well. Not only that, you are professional and dedicated, the hours that you guys work is admirable. The communication is phenominal and you both never stop until that SOLD sign is up. We would highly recommend Crowne to our family and friends and we look forward to selling with you in the future. Brook, Katie, Noah & Peyton

Having had a torturous 12 months buying and selling land, dealing with builders, messy contracts and useless real estate agents it was such a refreshing change to deal with Kirsty and Mike. It was a smooth, easy transaction from start to finish. Having had many bad experiences in the past with the lack of urgency from agents when responding to communications, it was a pleasure to deal with a team that were on the ball and happy to tackle any query put forward. The day of settlement was an absolute breeze and the team went above and beyond our expectations leaving beautiful gifts of flowers, chocolates and wine on arrival. Overall we are 100% satisfied with the service provided and will recommend Kirsty and Mike to our family and friends. We will definitely be seeking their assistance with our next purchase! Thank you so, so much for making our start to 2017 so simple!

Mike and Kirsty took on the sale of our house just as the market started a slump and they listened to what we had to say and placed most of the decisions in our court. After 12 months of running Open house and several people showing an interest, they organised a sale just as time was starting to become critical for the building of our new house. So thank you very much Mike and Kirsty for the outstanding effort and for trusting in us and our house.
