Throughout the end to end selling process Kirsty was transparent, realistic about the market and always kept me informed. During open house for inspection Kirsty maintained updates that were regular and accurate so that everything went 'exactly to plan'.Kirsty was thorough in explaining to me exactly how she planned to run the campaign, advertising and the sale so as a newbie to the real estate game I always knew what was going on. Kirsty knows her job, she understands the market and the buyers. She seemed to understand me as well! I was pleased with the result and the contract and felt going into the selling process I had a realistic understanding of what to expect. Her advice on how to prepare my house for sale - to make it "schmick" - paid dividends. In fact I believe that the ultimate result was ground breaking figures for the area. Mike from Crowne Real Estate did an exceptional job. Right from the initial meeting and market appraisal, he provided a realistic expectation of what the house would achieve at market. He provided a range of options for marketing and was able to advise on further options if desired. Once on the market, his team actively worked towards a sale, being proactive in open houses and keeping the advertising fresh. He kept up the energy right through by organizing loads of open homes and ultimately got a good sale. I really recommend Mike and his team.
