We are so grateful for the great job in selling our house in a time that was difficult. Renee was always professional and available for any questions we had. Renee knows Loch Sport like the back of her hand. We can't thank her enough.

Renee and Rachelle were brilliant from start to finish. They worked hard in a tough environment to assist with the sale wherever possible. Smooth process from start to finish.

Rachelle and Renee at CShells Real Estate worked very hard to sell my block of land and achieved a great result with minimum fuss. I received regular emails keeping me informed of the progress of the campaign, getting a good price in a relatively short space of time. I would definitely use CShells Real Estate in Loch Sport again.

This being the first house I've bought I was somewhat anxious but Rachelle and Renee were fantastic in their communications and made the process very simple. I was always kept informed of all proceedings in a timely manner and any issues that came up were quickly resolved. I can't thank Rachelle and Renee enough for helping me purchase my wonderful home and I'm glad to say I can recommend C-Shell Real Estate wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy a house in Loch Sport.

We had a dodgy inspection from Melbourne that was shocking in that it missed important issues we subsequently addressed and highlighted minor stuff. So always use local professionals who know that area. Rachelle worked with us and after a lot of hard work we fixed everything and sold to a great gentleman who will be good for Loch Sport. What working WITH people can achieve.

Sold .. under the circumstances we are happy

An Estate Agent that met all my requirements and more... It was a relief to have the responsiveness to phone calls, queries or just to discuss the property. Rachelle knew the loop holes to watch out for to ensure a smooth and successful sale process. Living 3.5 hrs away, I was reliant on CShells to help with local knowledge of service providers, and they never let me down. Market knowledge not just in Loch Sport, but in Gippsland was a bonus, together with their professionalism from the start of the process to the settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate Agent to anyone looking to purchase or to sell a home.
