We had a dodgy inspection from Melbourne that was shocking in that it missed important issues we subsequently addressed and highlighted minor stuff. So always use local professionals who know that area. Rachelle worked with us and after a lot of hard work we fixed everything and sold to a great gentleman who will be good for Loch Sport. What working WITH people can achieve.
