We engaged John for the sale of our property. John worked non-stop to ensure we received an offer we were satisfied with. Similarly, John worked full time to ensure the right buyer was found for the house. John's communications and updates far execeeded my expectations - he would call throughout the week with any new interested parties, and always provide a detailed debrief at the end of each open home. During the auction marketing process, John, was very active, following the agreed plan and kept me informed. He did his utmost to show my home to as many potential buyers as possible.
