We engaged Francesca as our selling agent. Francesca showed as many buyers through as possible. Fran was open, dealt well with enquiries and has the ability to smooth out any hiccups along the way. Fran also had the professionalism to change the sales strategy during the marketing campaign due to changing market conditions as a result of the Covid pandemic. We can see that Fran obtained the best possible price for us.
