They established their real estate agency seeking the best outcome for every single one of their clients.
Well, the industry has grown considerably since then, technology has changed dramatically and the market has gone through many phases. But that core philosophy remains – to seek the very best outcome for clients of Cunninghams Property and develop relationships built on trust. In 2013 we have taken a significant step in progressing the business to a higher level, with key team members becoming partners in the business. Licensed Sales Agents - Andrew Lutze and Steve Lambley, Office Manager - Bree Higgins and Senior Property Manager Trent Docherty are now forming a strong nucleus together with John & Ann for our future business
John Cunningham is one of the most highly regarded Principals in NSW. He commands an enormous amount of respect from his clients, his peers and his loyal team. The Cunninghams team is now 40 strong and new team members only join Cunninghams when the Principals are convinced that they too share the same ethos.
