I would like to thank Andrew and the team at Cunninghams for the recent sale of my family home. Andrew was extremely helpful with suggestions on how I could improve the properties presentation prior to sale and efficiently project managed this for me. Andrew was a constant support at this emotional and stressful time and with his expert advise was able to achieve an outcome that far exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Andrew Lutze to any person thinking f selling their home.

Steve appeared to be an open and professional agent in what was for us an at times challenging and incredibly fast purchase. We are delighted with the house and pleased that Steve was able to help facilitate a positive result for us. He knows the local market well and his ability to work through the intricacies of our property purchase in a responsive and understanding way were appreciated.

Hi Steve and Jodie. Here's a review I hope you can use. Thanks again for your help in selling our house. ___ Steve (and Jodie) helped us sell our house in Seaforth in September-October 2015, and they were fantastic. We selected Cunninghams over other agencies based on Steve and Jodie's attitude and marketing approach, and we were very happy to find that they delivered on those throughout the campaign. Their marketing fit with our intentions, and their house styling guidance arranged via Amy was perfect. Whether during a showing or on the phone, Steve and Jodie kept us completely up-to-date with no chasing. We're very happy with the outcome of our sale, and would recommend this team to any seller in the area.

We both found Ben very easy to talk to and honest, if he said he was going to do something for us he did it, we would both recommend Ben to anyone who is in the market to sell he did a fantastic job for us. Dave and Lisa Dallaway.

Ben, Andrew and the team at Cunninghams came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Ben was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us informed the whole way. Their service and loyalty to us was 5 star! Not a bad word could be spoken about them, they went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful! We will definitely be referring them any chance we get!

We could not have asked for better service than we received from Steve and Jodie at Cunninghams. They were the ultimate professionals from first contact to last. They laid out a coherent plan for the sale of the property and then over delivered on it, achieving far more than we ever thought possible and did it before the auction date, saving us some of the costs in the process. Steve was excellent at communicating what was needed from our end and also in keeping us up to speed with where things were at in his dealings with the potential purchasers. Steve had been a recommendation from someone well experienced in commercial property and, having worked with Steve and Jodie, we now know why. We could not recommend Steve and his team enough.

We were very impressed with Steve Lambley from Cunninghams who we engaged after a long period of deliberation about which agent to choose and when was the best time to sell. Steve stood out from all the other agents with his persistence & willingness to go the extra mile which meant he was our clear choice. It was a choice which paid off for us as he applied the same persistence to the buyers for our home and we settled before auction at a price beyond our expectations. In addition to Steve, the rest of the team were equally efficient and impressive & I could not fault the entire process. We were also very happy with the transparency and communication during the selling period and I thought Steve conducted himself in a very ethical and honest manner which was refreshing after some of the tactics we have experienced with other agents.

I had the privileged of having Mark Connor and Kylie Mounsey sell my property in Manly Vale. From the start they were professional, up front, friendly and completely understanding. I knew that we would receive the best possible sale outcome for the property and completely trusted there guidance and advise. I was kept in constant communication with them through the whole process, I highly recommend Mark and Kylie as Estate Agents and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Regards and Thanks Jane Argue

In the selection process we were impressed by two agents in particular. We opted for Steve for a couple of main reasons. Firstly he demonstrated a far superior negotiation technique. We also felt confidence in his assistant Jodie Lynch, and the apparent professionalism of his team overall, including Laura Trew. In the final wash-up, we certainly made the right choice, as not only did the team achieve a great result in terms of price, the feedback along the way was most informative. Overall Steve and his team did a grand job for us in all departments, and yes Steve's negotiation skills were of the highest standard. A very professional outfit.

If you want a realestate agent that is easy to work with, knows the market and really cares about how you feel during the whole process, then look no further. Mark is a local and as such cares about the community and the area he lives in. He will keep you well informed and will help in any way he can. Would I use him again? For sure.
