We were thrilled with the level of knowledge and professionalism of Kelly & Georgi. They were able to put our minds at ease and answer any questions we had in relation to the sales process. Our property sold soon after its initial VIP viewing, with the SOLD sticker going up the day after the sign was posted. We were very pleased with the outcome as well the new Buyers. A Win, Win, Win situation that is hard to find these days. We will definitely be back when we are ready to Buy again !

Georgi successfully put a deal back together that was all but lost. During our initial conversations late one evening she said "i'll be on a mission tomorrow to get this done", this proved to be true. Georgi worked both during and after hours to ensure both the vendors and ourselves were dealt with during the times we were available and within a few days (and nights) got the deal over the line. We would be happy to recommend Georgi to anyone buying or selling, particularly in the Fairlight area as her market knowledge is 2nd to none. This is the first time we have dealt with Georgi but i'm sure it won't be the last. regards, David and Lisa.

Steve worked with my expectations in mind and delivered a great result with a difficult property. Nothing was too much of a problem, he worked outside of work hours most of the time to show prospective clients through and followed up with all buyers to drive a result

We found Georgi and her team honest, genuine and professional. Could not recommend them highly enough, they made the sale of our home stress free and was refreshing to have a real estate team who actually cared. Thank you so much! We hope to be able to work with them again in the future.

We were most happy with the professional and efficient manner in which Andrew handled the sale of our property. He kept us informed and provided expert advice as to how we should proceed as the negotiations continued. Andrew achieved a sale price for us that exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitations in recommending him and Cunninghams to anyone entering the real estate market. Wayne & Anne Barry.

I have known Andrew for more than a decade and he has managed several sales for me. He achieved yet another exceptional result on the sale of an investment property for me. His knowledge of the Manly market and close ties with his data base of potential purchasers is without rival. I would throughly recommend him and Cunninghams.

We could not be happier with your advice and expertise in the sale of our home whilst we were based Honk Kong. We didn’t look at any other agents, based on your track record we knew you were the right agent and agency. A big thanks to you and your team!!

Mark, Andrew and the Team at Cunninghams were incredible. We bought a house and sold a house through them in the space of 6 weeks. Totally new to the process, they helped and guided us through every step of the way. My wife and I were extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to any one wanting to buy or sell their property. Thank you Mark! Antony & Liliane Adare
