"The team at Cunninghams was extremely professional in all aspects our successful sale. Their planning and sales campaign approach was exceptional and we were delighted with the outcome. Steve Lambley, their Sales director, kept us updated regularly and provided solid advice as prospective purchasers were assessed. We particularly liked the Fast Facts that gave a local touch to the inspections. Overall, the sale went exactly to Steve’s plan and we have no hesitation in recommending Cunninghams Real Estate if you are thinking of buying or selling in the Manly- Fairlight area."

It was important for us to ensure we had the right agents managing our sale, from the advice and recommendations right through to introducing and sourcing the right level of buyers, Steve and Jodie ran an outstanding campaign. They both ensured that what can be stressful time ran smoothly and they made the entire process easy for my family and I to navigate by keeping us well informed in an honest and open manner. The result was a negotiated price we were more than happy with and we finalised the sale of our home knowing we had been looked after by the best of the best.

We would like to thank Andrew and his team for the successful sale of our home. Andrew has sold for us in the past and we would not hesitate to recommend him highly to any prospective client. Again, Andrew you and your team’s professionalism and enthusiasm shone through and the advice and support we received really helped us achieve a great result. Thank you! Wendy and Blaise

The service from Andrew was polished and professional and his knowledge of the marketplace and negotiation skill are outstanding. We made the decision to put our house on the market very quickly in order to secure the purchase of another property and Andrew went above and beyond to help us get a team of tradesmen in with just a days notice to get the house ready for sale. The whole process from our decision to sell and signing the contract took only four weeks and we achieved the suburb record for our sale. This was obviously a great result for us and Andrew facilitated a seamless process and communicated with us on every detail along the way. It goes without saying that we will be using Andrew and Cunninghams for our next sale.

We would like to thank you for the way you regularly and enthusiastically conversed with us as interested buyers. We were just about to commit to another property and we would have not proceeded with 2/8 Osbourne if it had not been for your constant follow up and negotiation skills. Your vendors should know that the final sale price was our absolute limit for their property and that we do not really have a good track record of participating or even turning up for auctions. Well done.

Mark recently acted as agent in the sale of my property in Manly. He helped me be absolutely prepared for the sale. Managed prospects and myself beautifully with a swag of trades people, marketing, sales and excellent local knowledge. He followed up every lead and I believe obtained the best possible result. Got to be the best real estate agent on the Northern beaches. I have recommended him already for friends looking to buy Sydney property.

Just wanted to pass on a huge thanks from the two of us for the sale of our home. As we knew you would, you completely outdid yourself and we are tremendously happy with the result. You sold our last home in 3 days and this time around was no exception! It was such an emotional decision for us to sell our beloved little house but you, Lauren and Kelly made the transition that much easier. I’m sure you know already how amazing Loz and Kelly are, but special mention to those two lovely ladies!! There was never a question of going with another agent, nor agency. For years we have recommended you and Cunninghams and we’ll be doing it for many years to come! Thanks so much Georgi. Love Jo and Nick xx
