If I could buy and sell every house for the rest of my life from Georgi, I would (so far 2 sold and one bought from her). She is always honest and realistic, she communicates promptly after each visit, and keeps her cool under pressure. Her knowledge of the local market enables her to provide informed feedback and looking back, nothing that she said to us was incorrect or unrealistic. We were lucky, on the day of our last sale we had a last minute buyer and ended up with more than we expected, and it was an absolute privilege to share this incredible experience with Georgi. She fully deserves her reputation as one of the most reliable and informed agents on the Northern Beaches.

My partner and I recently (May 2015) used Andrew Lutze and Ben Jones (Cunninghams) to sell our unit in Balgowlah. Their market knowledge of the local area and experience in sales is second to none. Through the entire process, from first meetings to signing contracts they have always presented as open, honest and genuinely interested in getting the best results for their clients. We have absolutely no doubt they achieved and exceeded our expectations as professional real estate agents. The sales result they negotiated was far above our expectations, and we look forward to dealing with the entire team at Cunninghams next time we require the services of trustworthy and professional real estate agents.

Having bought and then sold the same property through Andrew - albeit 8 years apart - his attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. We made the decision to sell rather quickly, but within days the marketing plan was underway despite a tight timeframe. When I was losing my nerve as the pre-auction offers came in, Andrew steered me through with careful consideration and proffered advice for the best outcome. I would highly recommend Andrew for his knowledge, integrity and for being a pleasure to deal with.

We bought our property from a vendor who was using Andrew and his team at Cunninghams, and the professionalism and high level of service we observed at that time made it an easy decision to appoint Andrew when it came time to sell. He and his team worked in a very polished and pro-active manner to ensure we presented the house in its best light, He also kept us really informed on the what was happening through the process and the key information we needed to make decisions. We got a result we were very happy with, and we happily recommend Andrew and his team at Cunninghams for the professionalism, market leading coverage and service they provided.

My husband and I met Georgi at an open house and knew she should be the one to sell our own property. We loved her energy, appreciated her knowledge of the area and felt that she shared a genuine love and enthusiasm for our property. We were thrilled with the result and could not recommend Georgi more highly.

Hi Andrew, I would like to extend a big thank you to yourself and the Cunninghams team in the recent sale of our apartment in Manly. Both Jessie and I appreciate the professionalism and honest feedback at all stages of the sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending the Cunninghams team to our friends when considering real estate sales or purchases. Kind Regards, Russell and Jessie James.

Don't bother with any other agent... Andrew and his team secured a qualified buyer at an outstanding price. It's the result in the end that counts!

We have used Andrew Lutze and his team before to sell our homes. Each time, we have high expectations, knowing the incredible service, knowledge, and outcomes that he brings to our sale. We almost can't believe it ourselves, but every time we use him he blows our expectations out of the water. Andrew knows the market better than anyone we have ever spoken to. Andrew takes the time to listen, and understand our goals and expectations. Andrew does thorough research and always gives us very personal advice. Every time, Andrew sells our house faster than we can imagine and for significantly more money than we expect! The nicest part, is that we are always left with buyers who are just as thrilled as we are in their purchase! Andrew's team are also very impressive. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They are professional, courteous and very respectful of the challenges of opening your home to many people. On top of it all, the team work so cohesively that you feel like you are just working with one person. If you are looking at selling your home, you are crazy not to choose Andrew!

This is the second time Andrew has sold a property for us and yet again he has delivered the goods. This time around our property was sold after a week on the market. Great result, thank you Andrew and team. Michelle & Tom

Could not fault the entire Cunninghams team, especially Ben who guided us through the crazy nature of the current Sydney real estate market. We have had extensive dealings with real estate firms and agents across Australia and can confidently highly recommend Cunninghams!

Thank you to Andrew, his team including Liam Jackson, I personally believe we wouldn't have achieved the result without this amazing amount of effort. They really gave it their absolute all; expertise, experience and personal commitment.

Georgie and her team did so much more than just sell my apartment for me. They took it on as their job to make the whole process as stress free and wonderful as possible. Not only did they get an amazing price for my place, but they did it in record time. They worked ridiculously hard but always with a smile and enthusiasm. They helped me and supported me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Georgie and her team and I would most certainly use them again for future sales.
