Not only is she a seriously formidable negotiator, she has an innate knack for understanding people and how to communicate with them (buyers and vendors alike). Upshot is, she gets really great results. She sold our place for well above what we expected, and was just fantastic to deal with every step of the way (especially good as we were auction virgins). I am pretty demanding and have high expectations, and there's no one else I'd even consider using in this area. She's known as the best because she IS the best.

It is a tough decision handing your house and biggest asset over to an agent. I went to Cunninghams Property because I had bought my house from them in 1998 and had found them to be honest and trustworthy. John Cunningham suggested Georgi would be best to manage the sale of my house and suggested his daughter Amy help dress and decorate it. The marketing and positioning of the house was done superbly by Georgi. She clearly knows her market and her potential buyers. The project management was perfect. Georgi was very helpful from the first time we spoke about the property, she had constructive answers to our questions and where she could not provide one she would get back to us very quickly. She was also very responsive and her commitment to providing a good service was greatly appreciated. An example of this was being prepared to speak with us on Australia day weekend. We knew we had to act quickly to secure the property and Georgi was transparent and supportive of this throughout the process.
