Sam & Andrew both worked together in a professional manner to get a price for our house which was a $100,000 more than I expected to achieve. There was a large crowd on the front lawn spilling out onto the street. There was enough registered Bidders to drive the price up quickly & get a real good result. The successful Bidder really saw the potential of what I would call a prime piece of Real Estate & during settlement has engaged Surveyors, Architects etc. Thanks for the great result Andrew & Sam & even though it was regretful I was not able to complete my aspirations it pleases me to know another family will.
