My cousin recommended James and I’m glad she did. When I rang Cunningham’s he was actually on holiday. I knew I had the right guy when he rang about an hour later from Hong Kong! Communication was awesome. I trusted him and Gee immediately. I was super pleased with the whole selling process. He is helping me find a place for my elderly mum to live now that the house is sold.
