Why him - at an inspection of another house he made a point of talking to every visitor no matter how disinterested they seemed. This impressed my wife. Secondly ,I saw him in action as an auctioneer and he worked hard to make the auction successful. The Team - there was a good team behind Andrew who worked well to keep the momentum and ensure minimal stuff-ups. Imagination - the team thought about how to present the property well. Andrew's delivery - he put a lot of energy into the sale process and maintained a good demeanour but like all agents tried nudge the vendor down and the buyer up. Overall - definitely one of the better agents.
