James is one of those rare finds in real estate. He combines excellent market knowledge, keen negotiating skills, yet retains his honest and genuine character throughout. He's straight, thoughtful and very easy to deal with. We have valued our relationship throughout selling and then buying and feel that we made a friend along the way.

Steve, Jodie and the support team at Cunninghams give great service and advice and work very hard to match buyers and sellers. Their agency has a large database of potential buyers. They know the local market intimately with regard to recent prices achieved and comparative properties currently on the market. Their progress updates during the campaign were comprehensive and accurate. We could not have been happier with the results they achieved for us.

Georgi and the team at Cunninghams have made buying our property a pleasure. Everything was organised, they kept in contact with us throughout the process and were always extremely helpful and friendly. We even received a lovely gift basket from them for our purchase, which was a unexpected surprise. I would highly recommend Georgi and the Team at Cunninghams to anyone.

after Steve introduced us to the property we mainly dealt with Jodie Lynch during negotiations and exchange of contracts. She was always available and informative.

The service and honesty I received from Mark and Kylie was refreshing and so welcomed . I have had bad experiences in the past with agents and these 2 peoffesional people actually reinstalled my faith . They have obviously identified the lack of trust that has possibly hurt the perception of some people in their industry . These 2 fabulous operators will not try to trick u and you almost want to go out to dinner ( their shout ) . For anyone who reads this review . I have been in the service industry and have sold many properties . I can not recommend them enough . Exemplary , honest , real , professional people . Don’t worry about the agencies who spend all of their money in advertising how good they are . Simply ring Cunningham’s and ask for Mark and Kylie and this is coming from a hard marker .

We were a purchaser when meeting Georgi, and although her job is to get the best price for vendors, her honesty and communication to us was outstanding. Answered/returned all calls and replied to all messages, understanding how nervous we were about purchasing. Georgi even went out of her way after settlement to help us personally as well.

What a fantastic team Andrew, Sam and the Cunninghams crew are! From beginning to end we felt fully supported through the whole process and we were delighted with the outcome! A big shout out to Macey who worked her magic and was able to get our house ready within a quick turnaround - you are awesome! Thanks again. Angela & Toby Roberts

Ben is superfast with responses and he replied to all our questions patiently. We are first home buyers and he helped us tremendously to navigate through the labyrinth of the buying process. He provided lots of advice about strata buildings and shared some personal stories that gave us great insights about renovations and refurbishment work. Ben is very knowledgeable and we truly appreciated his support!

From our first visit of the property we found Sam to be a very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with agent. Throughout the pre-auction period Sam maintained regular contact with us. We felt informed but never pressured. After the auction Sam facilitated an ideal arrangement with the seller. We highly recommend Sam to anyone, seller or buyer!

Andrew did a great job in the sale of my property. Had it sold basically after the first viewing. I would highly recommend Andrew and the cunninghams team on any property to be sold.
