We engaged Sam and Andrew on the advice of friends who had utilised their services and who had achieved very successful sales results. Our experience with Sam and Andrew, and later Sam in particular, was nothing but up front honesty, confidence and an obvious understanding of the real estate market in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam which included managing a difficulty with the vacating tenant and organising the painting and styling of the property in preparedness for sale. Adding to the complexity, we reside outside of NSW and were undertaking the sale remotely. We were entirely reliant on Sam's responsive communication by phone and email and placed a lot of trust in his abilities, knowledge and advice; particularly when negotiating the final sale price. Based on that experience, I can't recommend Sam enough! Ultimately, we had a very successful sale and we honestly could not have asked for more from Sam or the team at Cunningham's.
