Excellent support preparing the house prior to auction through the Agent providing quotes for agreed work and then coordinating the trades. Good advice provided in what was required and alternatives. Excellent knowledge of the area and high quality marketing with a close eye on avoiding unnecessary extra expenses for us. Excellent communications and low stress dealings. On the day the number of registered bidders was extraordinary and sold at auction.
