It was such a relief to put the sale of our parents' home totally in Georgi's hands once the decision had been made. She and her team took as much control as we needed them to and yet they still listened to our concerns and opinions at every step along the way. Regular phone, text and e-mail communication and updates kept us in the picture over the four week campaign even though we were not regular users of the many social media pathways that Georgi used so effectively.
