It was such a relief to put the sale of our parents' home totally in Georgi's hands once the decision had been made. She and her team took as much control as we needed them to and yet they still listened to our concerns and opinions at every step along the way. Regular phone, text and e-mail communication and updates kept us in the picture over the four week campaign even though we were not regular users of the many social media pathways that Georgi used so effectively. Georgi's superior knowledge of the local market led us in the right direction in pricing our property appropriately and in advertising and attracting prospective buyers.....and we achieved a result above our expectations. We greatly appreciated that Georgi and her team were always sensitive to the emotions involved in this sale and we particularly noticed that they built our memories and words into much of the marketing and auctioning processes. For my sisters and I it was a mixture of sadness, elation and relief to complete the sale of our family home so successfully.....we are incredibly proud of our parents for what they built and left for us.....and we thank Georgi very much for being a part of it.
