Fantastic agent!
Lochlan Macpherson was a great agent! He is highly personable, and has a solid understanding of the market. Lochlan ensured we remained informed through all stages of the process, and we had an amazing sale result, so were very happy with the outcome! Can't recommend Lochlan enough.

Great Agent, Great to Deal With and a Great Result
Andrew, Ben and the team at Cunningham's exceeded all of our expectations with the sale of our property at 12 Blackwood Road, North Curl Curl. The property was leased by another agent. However, for the sale we needed to ensure we had the very best agent to look after our interests. Andrew advised the best way to position the property. This included some minor work on the property before it went to market. The sound advice given to us by Andrew and Ben, along with the minor renovation works organised by Macy were all key factors in achieving such an amazing price. Andrew maintained a high level of communication throughout the campaign which helped to take the stress out of the situation. He made various recommendations along the way and was always more than willing to explain to us his reasoning. Andrew’s superior negotiation skills were also something demonstrated in the premium price we achieved. We are so happy with our entire experience with Andrew and Cunninghams; we can’t speak highly enough of the service we received. Andrew is an outstanding agent. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to any prospective vendor.

Surpassed our Expectations!
We have to commend Andrew and his team who got us a fantastic price for our gorgeous beachfront apartment in a very short space of time. Andrew proved himself to be a master of price negotiation and our high expectations were exceeded. We've bought and sold now with Andrew and appreciate his passion, professionalism, diligence and efficiency. Very honest and hard working agent
Mark has been an outstanding agent. He worked very hard to help get my property ready for sale. He then worked very hard during the sale process to keep me informed of prospective buyers. He also worked hard to keep all the prospects informed about the house. I couldn't have wished for better service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended
I would highly recommend James to any prospective vendor. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, integrity and transparency throughout the negotiation process were second to none. James went the extra mile in all areas from marketing to property styling/preparation and did a fantastic job of managing our tenants throughout the opens. The extra effort he puts in to is evident in the results he achieves for his clients. I'd certainly use James again in the future.
