Andrew, Ben and the team at Cunningham's exceeded all of our expectations with the sale of our property at 12 Blackwood Road, North Curl Curl. The property was leased by another agent. However, for the sale we needed to ensure we had the very best agent to look after our interests. Andrew advised the best way to position the property. This included some minor work on the property before it went to market. The sound advice given to us by Andrew and Ben, along with the minor renovation works organised by Macy were all key factors in achieving such an amazing price.
