As mentioned, Steve performed as expected. However the fee of 1.9% plus an auctioneers fee ( what the !!!!) was exorbitant. A reasonable fee for what, 200 hours worked, at $150 per hour is circa $6,000. Your industry has gone mad. My apartment in Mosman is going to sale at a commission of $18,050 and I expect the agent to to be just as professional and to obtain the desired result for half the fee. Peter Weir

We were in a position where we wanted to sell our apartment after we purchased our new property. Steve and his team were very helpful and prepared everything to be able to go online immediately after we signed the contract for the new place. When the moment came and we could sell our apartment it was a smooth and quick process and we were very happy with the price Steve negotiated with the interested parties. Steve experience proofed to be beneficial for us and we are so happy to have trusted his judgement. The most satisfying thing about Steve is his honesty. There was no "sales talk" to get you into signing his agreement or ridiculous promises to what he can sell our place for. He told us from the start what the process will be and what he think the realistic value of the unit is and he did not disappoint us in the any aspect. Ben Jones is quite simply just a lovely person to deal with. You want to give him your business because he is so warm and friendly. But there is a lot more to Ben then just his warm manner. He delivered on his promises and tried his hardest to get us the best price possible for our family home.
