I do personally know Steve Lambley, however the selection of Steve and Jodie Lynch of Cunninghams to undertake the sale on my late fathers apartment, was based upon a number of other critical factors, namely their professional reputation in the local market, their ethical standards and their high success rate, achieved over an extended period of time. Prior to appointing Steve and Jodie we had the benefit of a very professional written and oral presentation detailing their sales and marketing approach, their strategies and recommendations, advice which took into consideration our families requirements for the sale and how best they could assist us to maximise the sale price. Throughout the four week marketing campaign, both Steve and Jodie clearly communicated with us the progress of the sales campaign and level of market interest, both prior to and post each open house inspection. What they committed to in writing and verbally at the initial sales presentation they fulfilled in achieving the end result.
