Ben Jones of Cunninghams provided outstanding service as the agent on the sale of our property. From our very first meeting we were amazed by the amount of time Ben devoted to ensuring the sale proceeded smoothly. He was there to answer our questions at any stage prior to the auction and was in constant contact providing detailed information on the sales campaign week by week after each inspection. You would be hard-pressed to find a better agent. Andrew Lutze also gave the same high level of service and was an extremely competent auctioneer. When looking for an agent there is another reason to choose Ben and that is the trust you can place in his capabilities. We would give him the highest recommendation if you were trying to work out which agent to use.

Through recent purchase process we found the Kelly and the Cunningham's team (Georgi & Lauren) fantastic and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were flexible - opening the home at short notice on numerous occasions, highly supportive & transparent - through the nervous moments of negotiations, and always extremely professional - particularly in ensuring the settlement went through without as hitch. However what really was incredible, was the way they managed things when some minor issues came up with the property post settlement; despite it no longer being their responsibility they gave us tremendous support in arranging everything to be repaired without a second thought or question. Whether it be buying or selling we highly recommend this team - you won't regret it.

We selected Steve as our agent given he was the most genuine and willing to listen to our needs during the interview stage. He was also able to provide the most realistic price estimate on our apartment which therefore helped him to derive and deliver the most effective strategy for maximising the sales price on our apartment. He provided good and consistent support in getting our apartment ready for market, particularly around the stylist and supplier recommendations which proved to be invaluable for our final result. Following the initial inspection, Steve kept us regularly updated on the status of all the offers and bidding positions of potential buyers. He provided strong advice and support throughout the entire process. I could not fault him on their efforts and their desire to help us through every step of the way. Not only did he help us exchange on selling our apartment within 4 days of placing it on the market, but he also introduced us to our new semi in Manly which we exchanged on less than 1 week later! Amazing! Seeing Steve work from both sides as a seller and a buyer justified our initial decision to use him as our agent.

Steve and his team were amazing. Their knowledge of the local area was extensive and they knew what would work to sell my property. They were able to advise me on local trades people that did an excellent job of polishing wooden floors, painting and cleaning all at a reasonable cost. Then the stylist moved in......wow. I would have bought it myself!! I had the figure in my head that I thought I would get. Then the figure that I really wanted. Then the figure that I dared not hope for and did not tell anyone as I thought it would never happen. This figure I called my dancing in the street amount........Steve facilitated my dancing in the street.
