I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team at Cunninghams to sell your property. It is a testament to their ability that so many homeowners on our street used Cunninghams as we all knew we would obtain a better price and better service if we used Cunninghams. The speed to market is very fast and our results were equally fast, with a sale concluded days after the one and only inspection. Cunninghams and in particular Steve and his team were recommended to us by our new neighbours who had just sold a house in Manly and couldn't speak highly enough of how thrilled they were with the price they achieved and how smoothly the whole process was completed. Then by coincidence a house a few doors up from us was placed on the market, by chance Cunninghams were the agents. I spoke with the owners indicating we were about to put our house on the market in the not too distant future and sought their impressions of the Cunninghams Team, they responded in glowing terms. Out of interest I attended the auction to see them in action and I was not disappointed as the achieved result was above the reserve. I spoke with them on the day and arranged an appraisal of our home and the rest is history. Steve Lambley and his team were attentive to our every need, from the very outset both my wife and I felt comfortable in the knowledge we were in good hands. Professional yet personable probably best describe their approach, we embarked on a one month advertising campaign, however, after only one ad and one open house which attracted seventeen inspections we received a very attractive and realistic offer which we accepted. To his credit, even post sale Steve would contact us on a regular basis to enquire if we required assistance with preparations for our impending move.
