Andrew and the team were a pleasure to deal with in a world/industrsy that often makes you feel dirty and used. After 3-4 months of searching and dealing with agents we found most agents to be deceptive, misleading and often wasting our time when we have very little to give. Andrew and the team made it so easy for us that we couldn't say no to the purchase. We were happy with the purchase and we feel the vendors would have been happy with the process as well.
