Exceeded all the promises

Four generation family home sold
Georgi and the team at Cunninghams Manly did a fantastic job for us. The unit was held by our family for 45 years. Four generations of our family lived there. It was a difficult decision for us to sell the property. Georgi and the team made the process and the experience as easy as possible and achieved a good outcome for us. I rate Georgi Bates as highly recommended

My son chose Steve Lambley as my agent after an excellent result on a property Steve sold for him a few years ago. I admired his patience as it took quite a while before my house could go on the market. When it did it was all sytems go with Amy, his stylist getting organised to style my house for sale. What a beautiful job she and her team did! My house looked a picture and I'm sure was instrumental in the marketing and selling of it. Steve and Jodie were always so professional and at each open house prospective buyers were given the full tour of the house and grounds. We were kept up to date on how things were progressing and on auction day as I sat nervously waiting for it to be over I was thrilled with the final bid and that a family had bought my house. A wonderful result for the whole team. Thank you to Steve and Jodie and all the staff at Cunninghams, Balgowlah. I would definitely recommend you to other sellers.

The best agenct we came across
Andrew and the team were a pleasure to deal with in a world/industrsy that often makes you feel dirty and used. After 3-4 months of searching and dealing with agents we found most agents to be deceptive, misleading and often wasting our time when we have very little to give. Andrew and the team made it so easy for us that we couldn't say no to the purchase. We were happy with the purchase and we feel the vendors would have been happy with the process as well. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely sell my home with Andrew and the team when that day arrives.
