Steve, was well prepared for the sale of the unit in Manly. he had several buyers lined up ready to go in what was a hectic time in real estate. Knowing the property would sell quickly, he recommended the minimum preparations in dressing up the unit saving some money in the selling process.

This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Steve Lambley and his support team at Cunninghams real estate. The first was to sell our own home in Fairlight and the second my Mother In Laws home in Elanora Heights. Steve Lambley is an absolute stand out in what is a very crowded real estate market in Sydney and in particular the northern beaches, and the reason is not only his extensive knowledge of the market but also he becomes your biggest advocate and extension of your team/family. Steve also brings with him a holistic approach and understands the value of presentation and can offer a client the full service including styling if it is required. In both dealings with Steve he has achieved well beyond expectations and we would have no hesitation in working with him again. The only downside with working with Steve is that the sales process will come to an end! Wish we had something else to sell!

We were so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the local area and rapport with buyers that when it was time to sell the house, we were confident to entrust Steve as our agent. We took our time over the years to get our house ready for sale and Steve was always patient and helpful with practical advice about what we needed to do and what we didn't have to do to get the best possible sale price.
