As a retiree, a decision to downsize was necessary but difficult. Locating the best real estate agent was a daunting task. After much deliberation, including checking fees and advertising, we chose Medowie Century 21 who we came to trust. Having been in sales most of my life, I was also looking for a friendly and positive attitude - not an order taker, but an agency that was proactive and would make things happen. Jane Curtis found a buyer within a reasonable time and we were delighted until the April storm destroyed most of our home. We returned to our home four months after the insurance company and builders had rebuilt our house. We dreaded the process of selling the house again, but after just 48 hours, a new buyer was found.
