Very happy with Cutcliffe Mulgrave over the last couple of months with our property their leasing. Tenants were found, vetted and approved in a couple weeks and everything has flowed smoothly since.

Eliza, Michelle and the Team at cutcliffe have been so great when it comes to the assistance and manner in which they go about their service to and correspondence to myself as a tenant. They are also very understanding and very willing to help or offer assistance or advice when it comes to any questions to do with the property or rental.

Eliza has been exceptionally helpful. She has delivered great communication between our landlord, and also has provided us with all the relevant information for renting our property in another suburb. It has been a very easy and informed decision every step of the way as we start a new chapter. Many thanks to the team at CutCliffe, particularly the wonderful Eliza.

Cutcliffe is second to none in the Hawkesbury area, particularly when it comes to acreage. I have used them for years and have always received exceptional service. Recently had a property rented out by Laura who was very quick and efficient, and managed to rent out the property at the top end of the initial estimated valuation. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Cutcliffe properties to make inquiries about leasing our property for 12 months. Eliza came out to the property and was very thorough in her investigation of the property. Eliza gave me an estimate of what she thought the property could be lease at. We discussed marketing strategies and availabilities and it was all very professional. We are only at the beginning of this experience, but today I’ve been very happy with the help that has been given to us through Cutcliffe properties.

Eliza and the team at Cutcliffe are not just the best in their field, they are in a different league. I have had around 2 dozen property managers for various locations around Sydney and have never experienced such a personal and people-centric approach. Having also had dealings with other members of the Cutcliffe team, it’s obvious to me that they have built a culture of values, service and excellence that sets them apart. Nothing is ever a problem, and it’s a true pleasure to deal with the delightful and responsive Eliza. We are very lucky.

Dealing with Eliza was an absolute pleasure when having to navigate through the rental process. Nothing was too much of a problem, and she was always quick to respond to any queries and/or issues that may have arisen. She is definitely an asset to the Cutcliffe team.
