As a first time landlord, it's very daunting trying to a property manager you can feel comfortable with and trust to have your best interests at heart. I was lucky enough to have found this in Eliza Nardone at Cutcliffe Mulgrave. From the first communication, up to signing a tenant and beyond that, Eliza has been nothing but professional, helpful and amazing at communicating. She is always available when you need her and is patient and thorough in her explanation of what our next step is. I highly recommend Eliza Nardone if you're looking for someone who is friendly and lovely but also straight shooting, extremely knowledgeable and a very efficient property manager. I can't imagine not having her through this process, I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you Eliza, you're amazing!!

Saskia is an experienced real estate agent. She has good contacts with tradies and was able to help me get many repairs done on the property much faster than I would have done on my own, so I was able to get the property rented out much sooner than I had expected. She is a great communicator and her fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
