Starting my tenancy with a previously unknown agency, add that to moving to a newly build house, that had a few " teething problems ", Eliza Nardone, the amazing lady that has been fantastic. Always on the ball and any issues are quickly resolved. I had, on the onset of the lease to remain here for 2 years but with the outstanding efficiency and friendly service delivered by Eliza the term has now obviously continued. I would definitely vouch for Eliza Nardone as a property manager for properties in and around Box Hill NSW. She has been able to provide excellent service since taking over the management of my property way back in 2019. Have not moved and don't intent to move to another Real Estate company. Her knowledge of area and prompt updates is simply the best. One of her other calibre, is the ability to keep the delicate of happy tenants and landlord intact.

As a first time landlord, it's very daunting trying to a property manager you can feel comfortable with and trust to have your best interests at heart. I was lucky enough to have found this in Eliza Nardone at Cutcliffe Mulgrave. From the first communication, up to signing a tenant and beyond that, Eliza has been nothing but professional, helpful and amazing at communicating. She is always available when you need her and is patient and thorough in her explanation of what our next step is. I highly recommend Eliza Nardone if you're looking for someone who is friendly and lovely but also straight shooting, extremely knowledgeable and a very efficient property manager. Saskia is an experienced real estate agent. She has good contacts with tradies and was able to help me get many repairs done on the property much faster than I would have done on my own, so I was able to get the property rented out much sooner than I had expected. She is a great communicator and her fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
