Starting my tenancy with a previously unknown agency, add that to moving to a newly build house, that had a few " teething problems ", Eliza Nardone, the amazing lady that has been fantastic. Always on the ball and any issues are quickly resolved. I would definitely vouch for Eliza Nardone as a property manager for properties in and around Box Hill NSW. She has been able to provide excellent service since taking over the management of my property way back in 2019. Have not moved and don't intent to move to another Real Estate company. Her knowledge of area and prompt updates is simply the best. One of her other calibre, is the ability to keep the delicate of happy tenants and landlord intact.
