When I first had thoughts to sell my property, I reached out to Craig as I had seen that Cutcliffe was regularly selling properties in my area at prices higher than other agents. Craig, otherwise known as "Mr Acres", was listed as the agent on many of these properties. On meeting Craig, I was pleasantly surprised to find ha actually listened to what I was looking to achieve. After a detailed review we agreed on sales strategy and price. Within a few days we had our first viewings as Craig started to exercise his extensive contact list. Throughout the sales process, Craig was regularly in contact in good humor with updates, so I was never left wondering where we were up to. I was very pleased to get the full asking price.
