Professional and genuine
Lisa is the most professional and genuine real estate agent that we have ever dealt with in our 25 years of buying and selling realestate. Some months after an initial appraisal, I was approached by the agent and decided, with conditions applied, to list with this agent. We had some early communication issues, however, we both persevered and ultimately achieved a better outcome than I think either of us expected.

Professional, easy going, gets the job done.
Craig was a pleasure to deal with, We bought our home off him 8 years ago and he was fantastic then. This time around we have sold an investment and instantly decided to go with craig as he made the buying experience easy. I was worried the selling process would be harder but nope we went through Craig and couldnt fault him or his knowledge. Always returned calls, gave us a realistic selling approach, recommended a solicitor who was on the ball. Some agents are very pushy but not craig he followed our expectations and we came away with the sale with minimal stress. You can just tell by meeting him hes a down to earth person, no muck around, not money hungry and takes instructions well. We had the negotiations wrapped up in about 2 hours, signed and in for settlement.
