We stumbled across a viewing that Anna was holding one Sunday by chance. It was obviously a bit of fate as we ended up securing the property a few weeks later in auction. Anna was incredibly helpful with our queries and questions (and there was a lot!) and let us take the time we needed to inspect and view the property on viewing date. She was super quick to follow up with us on questions we had, and gave us all the tools and resources we needed to make an educated decision on purchasing. We never felt pushed or influenced, but supported and informed at all times. On auction date, the whole Cutlcliffe team assisted us through the auction & negotiation process. Again, we felt that the whole team were fair and reasonable throughout the negotiation process and we left feeling very positive about the experience.
