Agencies in Willow Grove, VIC, 3825

If you're on the fence about which agent you should choose to sell your home, you would be a fool to pass on Rohin and Rhea. Professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our crazy questions and concerns, easy going and just genuinely wonderful people. They made the process of selling our home stress free and straight forward, and we are so grateful to them for all the work they did to get our sale over the line. Their approach is fresh and their sales strategy was incredibly effective. In short, best choice we could have made.

Cannot recommend Rohin and Rhea enough. Would give 10 stars if I could. They made the whole process of selling our house easy and enjoyable, they were so approachable and we felt like we could truly trust them with the sale of our house. Rohin always made himself available to us, helped us through all the weird questions that popped into our heads, and was very detailed in his strategy to our sale so we understood what the plan was. They say that selling your house is meant to be one of the most stressful moments in your life, but honestly I just feel like I made some new friends and have enjoyed the process thoroughly. On top of all that, they got an incredible price for our house and set our family up for the next chapter to come.

Really liked our experience buying a property through Rohin and Rhea. We found them to be cordial and very effective at communication with us. I would highly recommend them to others as well.

So responsive ,very honest with markets. we’re as I felt with other agents I’d spoken too were telling me what I wanted to hear .

Working with Chantelle was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She made the entire process completely effortless.Chantelle’s proactive communication kept us informed every step of the way, and her diligent follow-up ensured no detail was missed. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, delivering a truly seamless experience from listing to settlement.

We couldn’t be happier with the service Cameron provided in selling our property at 370 Eastbourne Road, Rosebud. From the beginning, Cam was professional, approachable and always available when we needed him. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process and we always knew where things stood. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. What impressed us most was how hard Cam worked to get the deal done. He was proactive with buyers, strong in negotiations and genuinely had our best interests at heart. He didn’t just list the property and wait for something to happen, he kept pushing and working behind the scenes to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Cam’s knowledge, work ethic and personal approach really stood out. We felt like we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about the result rather than treating us as just another listing. We would have no hesitation recommending Cameron Borg and UrbanRise Property Group to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again Cam for all your hard work and for getting our Rosebud property sold!

Good, friendly communication. Clinton was always accessible by phone which I appreciated. He also was helpful in liasing between the vendor and myself and our respective conveyances.

Clinton was amazing to work with when selling out property. He found us a buyer much quicker than we were expecting and got us a great price. A process I had been dreading for the work involved, was made super quick and easy. Highly Recommend.

I contacted Clinton when I first decided I was going to sell my home knowing that he would do his best to make sure I had a flawless selling experience.. I had no idea how to go about it and Clinton was brilliant in stepping me through the process to ensure I’d get the best outcome possible . Clinton ensured me that it was a whole team effort at Danny Edebohls that would look after me on the best possible way. He was true to his word. I had the best experience and my home sold quicker than I’d expected. Very happy indeed . Thanks Clinton

Lilli was incredibly helpful throughout the sale of my first home. She clearly explained everything I needed to do, guided me through options and kept me informed every step of the way. Her communication, knowledge and genuine support made the whole process much easier. I’m grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend Lilli to anyone selling their home.

Our experience with John Kerr real estate was great every one we dealt with was very professional and couldn't of been more helpful. Good old fashioned country hospitality at its best Emma took all the stress off us and sorted any problems for us thanks to all the team for your patience and finding us a fantastic home.

Lilli showed care in a difficult sale where the purchaser was constantly throwing last minute spanners in the sale. Lilli always showed care that we were more than just the sale for her.She put in a lot of personal time to achieving a successful sale and we are very grateful to her. We have now chosen Lili to represent us in another property sale.
