Clinton is the perfect gentleman, full of integrity. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to do his market research. Hence the success in the quick sale of 1B Carbine Street, Moe. He is very engaging and has an open communication, ready to help wherever he can. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty - literally!! On settlement day, I was behind in getting the house ready and I was still mopping. One, he offered to change the water, which he did, in his office clothes and two, he offered to finish the mopping while I tied up the loose ends. But at that point I was nearly done. I cannot thank Clinton enough for what he has done for me. I am now settled in my new house - I am sorry for the delay in getting the review together. I totally and without hesitation, recommend Clinton to prospective vendors and purchasers. He is genuine, friendly with a good attitude.
