Thanks to Stuart we sold our property before it even went officially on the market. Stuart advised us with the expected price range after going into great detail about the current market, which we very happily sold for. Stuart also made himself available to gain access to the property when we couldn’t be there when we were trying to finalise everything as we weren’t living locally.
