Excellent experience

Julie is an outstanding agent, patient professional and entirely reliable. We were also very impressed with coverage and attention to our property which was vacant during the recent cyclone. Staff from the office were on site within 24 hrs to assess and report. Being interstate, that was greatly appreciated.

Outstanding service

This is the second time that I’ve entrusted Daring and Young with a rental property and once again, they have been excellent in finding suitable tenants for the property. Carol and Kai put myself and my partner’s minds at ease during a highly stressful period of renovating and then getting property in the market. The level communication that Carol and Kai gave us was brilliant. They provided me with updates throughout the process of listing the property and finding tenants. They worked around my busy schedule for photos and the handover of the property and were able to secure excellent tenants for the price and timeframe that we needed.
