Agencies in West End, QLD, 4810

Initial inspection was very vague.. i added up to 90 photos and comments on every category. So the agent wasn't thorough

Responded to any problems tenant had with unit

They keep me up to date with what's going on, and let me know ahead of time when they're not going to be available. I've always been able to reach them to talk about anything important.

My property manager within Harcourts has been very supportive, provided considered advice and been available when needed.

Great and very responsive team

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Made renting straightforward. Quick responses to emails. Issues resolved quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
