Overview of Annandale, QLD, 4814

Ziggy and Donna were so very warm, helpful and welcoming to me. I would give 10 stars, if possible! No other agent was willing to help me out like Harcourts have because of my unique situation. I don't fit the usual renter profile but they made sure I could get out of an air b&b and into my own home, in a very short amount of time. Thank you to the front office girls as well.

They made the process really easy to follow, chased up promptly after I viewed the potential rental and provided a thorough inspection report. No hidden surprises.

This being the first rent may family and i have secured since owning our previous home for the past 14 years, we have have had such a smooth transition from owing to renting. The condition report process is easy and a very simple process to follow. I have no issues recommending Scott or Kerrie at Belle Property Kirwan based on our recent experience.

Our current agent is dependable and prompt with communication. We are very satisfied with her service.

The team at Belle Property were incredibly helpful when we reached settlement with our first investment property. They made the process organising property management with them super easy and were so efficient which was a relief since we live out of town, and we are confident that our property is in safe hands.
