Meet Aimee Young, local girl and Townsville’s greatest supporter. Aimee’s passion for, and commitment to her hometown led her to establish Daring + Young Property, a bold new agency dedicated to giving back to the people of Townsville. An early career spent in the banking industry gave Aimee insight into sales, customer service and the workings of the property market, eventually leading her to the real estate industry. Very professional, kept us informed and very easy to work with.

Aimee was very responsive and came out straight away to complete an inspection of our home and talk through the selling strategy with us. Within two days property photos had been taken and the house was listed online, with an open house organised for that first weekend. Within the week after the open house Aimee was able to provide us with an offer which was ultimately accepted. Extremely impressed and grateful. Could not recommend her enough. Thank you Aimee.

Very helpful and friendly

I feel as though Aimee went above and beyond to help us sell our property in the time frame that we needed. All her staff were also very friendly and lovely to work with. And although our property sold for less then what we would have liked, we understood that it was not the best time to sell and Aimee still worked her magic and found a buyer for our house.

Sensational!
