Things that a seller may miss, but a buyer would not, are Michele's strength. We found Jodi Westcott to be open and honest negotiator, not just in representing the best interests of her vendor clients but also in conveying factual information on condition of the property and likely renovation required to improve liveability. This assisted us in placing what we thought would be a realistic bid, taking into account property location, current market conditions and our financial arrangements.
