Excellent communication with respectful empathy and consideration of seller's requests

From initial contact, Jodi displayed a warm, friendly and engaging manner, exhibiting very confident knowledge of current market trends. Jodi provided listing advice in relation to the property, in a very open and honest way, which I greatly appreciated. Jodi exhibited a genuine interest in me and the history of the property and throughout the marketing process was extremely mindful and respectful of my wishes, in relation to securing the most suitable buyer. Jodi's regular communication and assistance in relation to the preparation and marketing of the property was exemplary and greatly appreciated, given that I was not living in Townsville and could not personally attend to some related matters. Jodi was extremely professional, whilst establishing a very warm, caring and trustworthy relationship, from initial appraisement through to post-settlement. I would unhesitatingly, recommend Jodi as your trusted Real Estate agent, to obtain a great sale's result in a very quick and efficient marketing campaign.

Most helpful with timely provision of information on property and feedback through sales process

We found Jodi Westcott to be open and honest negotiator, not just in representing the best interests of her vendor clients but also in conveying factual information on condition of the property and likely renovation required to improve liveability. This assisted us in placing what we thought would be a realistic bid, taking into account property location, current market conditions and our financial arrangements. We found Jodi was able to establish a quick rapport with us and to be most responsive in handling our queries. Jodi opened the property up for a subsequent private inspection and kept in close contact through the subsequent contract negotiation and sales process, following acceptance of our offer. Jodi is an excellent communicator and professional in her undertakings with us. This was evident, for example, in representations between ourselves, legal teams and the vendor regarding adjustment of sale price in our favour following initial acceptance of offer, with regards to outcome from our building and pest inspection report. Jodi was also able to advise of and establish contact with a recommended house renovator known to her, who does a quality job and may be of assistance subsequently following settlement. We think Jodi Westcott has the right knowledge, experience and sharp edge capable of bringing both seller and right buyer together to achieve a successful outcome, in what is a very competitive and busy real estate market.
