Graham's performance in the sale of my property was stunning and overwhelming. Right from the start Graham's advice was sound and he recommended swift action to capture the market before Christmas. The rapidity with which things happened was stunning and was more than matched by Graham's skill, dedication and passion. Constant contact meant I was aware of what was happening at every step and everything proceeded as anticipated. The culmination of his efforts at the auction was further enhanced by his skill of running the bidding. The opening bid was over the agreed reserve, but Graham's skill coupled with a good dose of cheekiness and humour gave no signs or indications to the bidders.
