Awesome agent
Over the last 10 years l have bought once and sold twice with Graham. People had concerns about not having an agent in the direct suburb. However with Grahams contacts and his energy and enthusiasm,location was irrelevant. The last four weeks were easy and stress free for me as far as selling/auction goes. At all times Graham kept me up to date with the important information and follow up. Graham worked very hard at the auction and achieved an excellent result. I would recommend using Graham as your agent and know you would get the best results in selling your house through him.

Outstanding Performer
Graham's presentation to us prior to listing was easily the most credible and professional we saw. His explanation of the selling process put us at ease and convinced us that he would be the best person to get the best result possible. We were not disappointed. Graham's level of communication and his attention detail cannot be faulted and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. In addition, his negotiating skills clearly proved him to be an outstanding performer and he produced a result well beyond our expectations. My wife and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Awesome agent
Ashley was friendly helpful and extremely approachable when we were selling my parents house. His relaxed approach made the whole process smooth and without issues. Another Fabulous Result
This is the second property sold by Ashley and his team for my husband and I, and we couldn't be happier. Couldn't have gone better!

Property Sale

Recommended Real Estate Agent
We selected Darren Jones to manage the sale of our property after interviewing 3 local Estate Agents. While all 3 Agents presented well, Darren was most impressive, exhibiting a thorough understanding of the local market and proposing a comprehensive and appealing marketing and sales strategy. He also encouraged us to identify personalviews and preferences and provided great advice on issues raised. The final plan was well documented and included complete costings and timings (eg advertisements,open house inspections, regular feedback and auction arrangements). Every step in the 4 week schedule was completed successfully and the interest generated during inspections and at auction exceeded our expectations. Interim feedback and the final outcome proved the value of Darren's strategy, attention to detail, and good work ethic.
