I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley Croall for 3 separate properties. I purchased my first unit through him 8 years ago and when it came time to sell this property I knew that I would not be ripped off or feel pressured into something I wasn't happy with. He made us feel comfortable through the whole process and left us feeling confident going into the auction that he had marketed the right buyers, he got us $40k more than our reserve and we couldn't have been happier. We then sold our main home through him by set sale and once again knew who to market it to and got us $20k more than we expected. It is really hard to find a agent these days that you can truly trust and Ashley and the staff at Darren Jones are the only ones to deal with. One very happy customer.

After careful consideration and deliberation we decided to sell our family home with Ashley Croall from Darren Jones Greensborough, due to his down to earth and friendly demeanour, in depth local market knowledge and excellent communication skills. The market campaign was explained in detail and Ashley was more than willing to work around our young child’s routine with open for inspection and private viewing times. We found that using an Agent we trusted to get us the best price helped alleviate some of the stresses of selling a house. The final result was fantastic and we sold at auction.
