Honest and enthusiastic nice agent

Eon worked hard and did a bit of piece by himself for such as watering, cleaning pave / garage where the cleaning team does not do. Most important part was he disclose all information about the buyers and the process of negotiation with them which made us in peace of minds. The reason one point less is the painter he chose who left a bit of trouble behind.

Eon is the must have Agent

Eon proved that we made an excellent choice in choosing him to sell our duplex. His genuine friendly manner, his knowledge of the area along with his detailed explanation of how he would achieve a result to satisfy us was outstanding. We were not disappointed. Eon and his lovely wife, Sarah, who supported him on home open day, achieved an outstanding result in super quick time. Eon is always punctual and honest.

Excellent agent

Couldn’t be happier with the result that Tyson delivered and perhaps just as important was Tyson’s support and knowledge throughout the whole process. This was the sale of my deceased father’s estate and Tyson was extremely understanding and supportive through what was a very emotional time for my sister and I.

Tyson was absolutely fantastic!

He sold our first house very quickly and for more than we expected. Although the property was outside his normal area, he proved that his knowledge of the wider Perth market is exemplary. With his wealth of experience, he was able to advise us on what needed to be fixed up and, possibly more importantly, what not to waste our time on. He is a great communicator. He kept us up to date each step of the way and was happy to take the time to explain any steps we did not understand.
