When I met Eon he was upfront and clear with what was possible for the sake of the property. Given the circumstances of the sale of the house, he was understanding and not pushy etc with getting the house to market. When we were ready to go, so was he. Eon continued with great communication with us throughout the process and also didn’t try and upsell any marketing options etc. during the negotiation process he was open about what were good and bad options and continued with great advice throughout. All in all, Eon was a honestly helpful agent and got the job done without any issues. Would recommend.

He was attentive to our needs as well as the sellers and would liaise between us efficiently for required property information, including specifications of the property when applying for home insurance as part of our finance application. Eon had gone above and beyond in selling our house. Expert advice was given the first time we met with Eon, and his professionalism and knowledge put my wife and I at ease. The home open, marketing and the amazing advice had all been well above our expectations. The house was sold well above our expectations, and only a few days! We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Not that we want to want to move again any time soon, but if we did then Eon would be getting another call.
